Shipping Policy 

At VivYoga, our aim is to ensure that your order can be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We offer delivery services within any region in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Free delivery is subject to our policies. Please note that delivery to certain areas may require additional waiting time. Here is a comprehensive guide on our delivery process. 

Shipping Methods & Transit Times 

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days, beginning on the next business day following the weekend or holiday. 
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. 
    • Free Standard Shipping - 5 to 8 Business Days 

*Orders with Express or Expedited shipping will be shipped the same day if placed by 10:00 AM PST.  

Returns and Exchanges 

At vivyoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the United States and its territories.  

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. 
  • Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label upon request. 
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for new colors or styles are not permitted. If you would like to exchange for a different style or color, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order.  

APO/FPO/PO Box and U.S. Territory Destinations 

We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories. Please allow for additional lead time beyond the estimated shipping windows: 

  • Extended Delivery Time: Standard shipping to these locations typically takes 7-10 business days. Expedited options may not be available. 

International Shipments 

We offer international shipping to select countries: 

  • Taxes, tariffs and freight charges: All taxes, tariffs and freight charges shall be borne by vivyoga.
  • EU Shipments: Currently, we do not ship to the European Union. 
  • Cross-Border Inspections: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and possible delays. 

Delays in Transit 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to: 

  • Weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen events like natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding if transit times are impacted. 

Lost Packages 

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if necessary, process a reshipment for your order. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case. 

Refused Shipments 

If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and re-delivery costs. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
